Arriving by train

The Museums of Aschaffenburg have co-operated with DB Regio Unterfranken, the regional railway of Lower Franconia: On presentation of a valid Bayern-Ticket (Bavaria-Ticket) or Schönes-Wochenende-Ticket (Happy Weekend Ticket) entry to the museum will be at a reduced rate.

Arriving by train
  • Keep left after leaving the train station and after 50 m turn right onto Frohsinnstraße.
  • After 75 m turn right onto Erthalstraße.
  • After 180 m turn left onto Friedrichstraße.
  • After 160 m turn right onto Luitpoldstraße.
  • After 250 m turn left Landingstraße.
  • After 250 m turn right onto Dalbergstraße.
  • After 150 m turn left onto Stiftsplatz.
  • After 20 m you have arrived at the Stiftsmuseum.
Arriving by car
A3 from direction Frankfurt
  • At junction Stockstadt (57) keep right and exit from A3/E41 onto B8 towards Obernburg / Aschaffenburg / Mainaschaff / Kleinostheim / Stockstadt / Miltenberg.
  • After 300 m stay left on B8 towards Aschaffenburg / Mainaschaff / Kleinostheim.
  • After 1,8 km at junction Aschaffenburg-West (58) stay right and merge onto B8 toward Aschaffenburg-Zentrum / Mainaschaff.
  • After 5,7 km you have arrived in Aschaffenburg. Keep right on B26 Friedrichstraße.
  • After 320 m turn right onto Luitpoldstraße.
  • After 250 m continue onto Landingstraße.
  • After 240 m continue onto Wermbachstraße.
  • After 120 m enter roundabout.
  • Take first exit onto Löherstraße.
  • After 450 m turn right onto Dalbergstraße.
  • After 450 m you have arrived at your destination.
A3 from direction Würzburg
  • At junction Aschaffenburg-Ost (59) exit A3/E41 right onto B26 Schönbornstraße towards Aschaffenburg / Goldbach-West.
  • After 400 m keep right and continue on B26 Schönbornstraße towards Aschaffenburg.
  • After 1,4 km in Aschaffenburg turn left onto B26 Weichertstraße.
  • After 850 m keep right and continue on B26 Goldbacher Straße.
  • After 300 m enter roundabout.
  • Take the first exit and continue on B26 Goldbacher Straße.
  • After 200 m enter roundabout.
  • Take the second exit and continue on B26 Goldbacher Straße.
  • After 120 m enter roundabout.
  • Take the first exit and continue on B26 Goldbacher Straße.
  • After 300 m turn left onto Luitpoldstraße.
  • After 280 m continue on Landingstraße.
  • After 250 m continue on Wermbachstraße.
  • After 120 m enter roundabout.
  • Take first exit onto Löherstraße.
  • After 450 m turn right onto Dalbergstraße.
  • After 420 m you have arrived at your destination.
